A training plan that's created just for you
Your goals are unique, just like you. Your schedule is very full, and you want running to be a regular part of it, but you just need a little help building the perfect training plan. That’s where I come in.
If you choose a customized training plan, here’s what you can expect:
Step 1: Click the “Get Started” Button below to fill out the Coaching Client information form. This will give me a general idea of who you are and your needs.Step 2: After clicking “Send” on the Client Information form, you’ll be taken to a new page where you’ll schedule a 30-minute consultation with me. This will help me gather more information on your needs.
Step 3: I’ll send you an invoice. The price of the training plan will vary depending on the length of the training plan, and any other outstanding needs you may have.
Step 4: Once you’ve paid the invoice, I’ll send you your customized training plan in whatever format you’re comfortable with. (i.e. - PDF, Word document, Excel document, google doc, etc).
